인터텍사의 방폭히터 및 온도조절장치는 방폭인증서를 획득하였습니다
이제 대한민국 컨트롤 및 계장에 더 다양한 선택이 가능하게 되었습니다.
서울, 대한미국, 2018년 5월 14일 --- 한국인터텍헤스는 외부 인클로져에 사용하는 방폭히터에 대해서 고용노동부고시 제 2016-54호 인증기준에 준하는 인증을 획득했습니다. 20개 이상의 대류형 (Convection) 및 직접전도형 (Conduction)히터 모두 인증을 받았으며, 방폭지역의 어플리케이션에 대해서 프로세스컨트롤 및 계장 엔지니어들에게 더 다양한 선택을 할 수 있도록 하게 되었습니다.
분석기 및 계장에서 습도 및 온도조절에 필요한 키 어플릭케이션, 정확한 온도 및 응축현상 예방이 필요한 많은 프로세싱 관련하여 히팅쳄버나 핫박스등에 사용이 가능해졌습니다.
인터텍사의 방폭히터는 20가지 이상의 모델을 가지고 있으며 각각 25~600 watt 용량 및 온도 등급을 선택할 수 있습니다. 기본적으로 온도유지, 습도 및 응축현상 보호, 동결방지등등을 , 대류형 (Convection) 및 직접전도형 (Conduction)히터의 여러가지 모델로 커버할 수 있습니다.
또한 표면온도가 제한되는 리던던트 컨트롤 특허 기술로 완벽하고 정확한 안전이 요구되는 온도유지를 위한 방폭 디지털 컨트롤 스마트히터 시리즈가 있습니다. 디지털 컨트롤러는 완전고체상대의 디자인되었고, 기계적인 스위칭이 없습니다. 특징적으로는 전기적 제품과 장비 온도 모니터링을 위한 본질안전 외부 센서와캡슐화되어 있습니다. 다수의 다른 컨트로러와 온도조절장치는 종합적인이며 변화가능한 어프리케이션에서는 옵션입니다.
인터텍사는 극한 환경에서도 사용할 수 있는 기밀 및 퍼지 (Ex p) 가 가능한 인크롤져, 케비넷과 쉘터를 생산한다. 이런 것들은 히터들과 함께 주문이 가능하고, 또한 별도로도 가능하다. 다른 또 하나는 계장업계에서는 매우 유명한 턴키베이스로 지원하는 어셈블리 서비스인 – SAFE LINK가 있다. 이 시스템은 무료 소프트웨어 디자인 툴을 사용하여 인크롤져, 히터, 컨트롤러, 계기장비 (만약 필요하다면) 완벽하게 공급가능하다. 한번 디자인이 완료되면, 인터텍사는 제작을 시작하고, 조립하고, 최종 설치가 필요한 현장까지 공급한다. 마지막으로 인터텍사의 히터는 EX EAC (Eurasian Customs Union), IEC, ATEX, CSA, NEPSI, PESO, GOST and Inmetro등 다양한 인증을 확보하고 있습니다.

Background information on INTERTEC-Hess
